Redemption & Delivery
Human Insights Company Limited (HICOL) Gift Cards ("Lift Cards") may only be redeemed toward the purchase of Online Therapy services provided by HICOL. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash, except to the extent required by law. If you wish to transfer ownership, you must email [email protected] explaining this and supply the details from the original purchase (buyer, recipient, email etc). Officially our Standard Delivery Time is within 48 hours. Typically delivery is much sooner (Same day). Cards ordered using the Scheduled Delivery option will be delivered before 4 pm on the date selected by the customer. Protocols are put in place to make sure your order arrives within the requested timeframe. However, HICOL accepts no liability for late or non-delivery due to unforeseen events, incorrect customer information supplied, technical difficulties, glitches etc. In these cases, gift cards will be delivered as soon as we confirm the non-delivery status.

Risk of Loss
The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Gift Card to the purchaser or designated recipient, or our delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. We are not responsible if any Gift Card is lost or any Gift Card is used without your permission.

Disputes
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to Gift Cards or your HICOL balance will be resolved by the final decision of the HICOL complaints board. Your complaint should be submitted electronically HERE or to [email protected].

HICOL Balance Expiration
Your HICOL Gift Card is valid for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. After this time has elapsed your card is considered expired. We are under no obligation to acknowledge any card that is deemed expired.

Limitation of Liability
We make no warranties, expressed or implied, with respect to gift cards or your HICOL balance, including without limitation, any expressed or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event an invalid gift card is sent out by us, your sole remedy, and our sole liability, will be the replacement of that gift card.

Use of HICOL Gift Card in Violation of these Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to void Gift Cards or any other component of your HICOL balance, close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Gift Card is obtained, used or applied to a HICOL account (or your HICOL balance is applied to a purchase) fraudulently, unlawfully or otherwise in violation of these terms and conditions.

Our Gift Cards should only be purchased directly from Human Insights Company Limited (HICOL). Cards purchased from any other source may not be honoured.
